Clinical AI should not ask clinicians to accept a summary as a black box. The summary provides a faster way to understand the record. Sentence matching gives the clinician an immediate way to investigate the underlying evidence.

This means the clinician remains in control of what to review, what to verify, and what requires deeper investigation.

Designed and evaluated with clinicians

Abstractive Health evaluated the sentence-level verification experience with 46 clinicians across 13 specialty groups. The interface received a mean System Usability Scale score of 86.25, indicating high perceived usability.
